KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and/or technical documentation (e.g., BRD, FRD, User Stories).
• Prepare lightweight functional specification documents, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of requirements
• Contribute to technical design discussions to ensure business requirements are effectively addressed.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow documentation.
• Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Perform functional and regression testing to identify and eliminate defects.
• Provide UAT support and ensure successful validation of delivered solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and propose efficiency-enhancing improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis positions, or a similar role.
• Minimum Intermediate level English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Turkish (written and spoken).
• Experience with SQL and Jira.
• Talented on Requirements Gathering and Elicitation.
• Comfortable with Business Analysis Modeling tools.
• Team player, strong representation and human relations skills.
• Solution oriented and creative thinking ability.
• Analytical thinker.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with algorithm development in any programming language.
• Previous experience working in a tech startup or e-commerce company.
