Job Title: Solutions Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and implement third-party SaaS, API-based, and AI-powered solutions that align with company needs and technical architecture,
• Assess vendors based on integration capability, technical scalability, compatibility, performance, and total cost of ownership,
• Create technical onboarding plans including integration scope, data mapping, API connection setup, and sandbox testing,
• Collaborate closely with Software Development, Project Management, and Infrastructure teams to ensure system compatibility, security configurations, and tool setup,
• Manage all external vendor relationships, including initial outreach, demo processes, technical pre-evaluation, and implementation tracking,
• Prepare or procure internal documentation, process flows, and training materials for end users,
• Monitor the user experience, performance, and impact of implemented tools; collect feedback and create improvement loops,
• Track the efficiency of current systems, analyze usage patterns, and develop improvement proposals,
• Ensure that all evaluation and integration processes comply with the companys data, infrastructure, and security policies,

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field,
• Advanced level of English proficiency (written and verbal communication & documentation),
• Minimum 3 year of experience with internal-use technical/digital tools, software solutions, or technical operations,
• Knowledge and experience in system architecture, APIs, webhooks, and authentication protocols,
• Strong motivation and ability to research modern software and business solution trends focused on operational efficiency,
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications,
• Capability to collaborate with developer teams on a technical level,
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana,
• Basic knowledge and experience in information security and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2),
• Prior experience in working with vendors or integrators on implementation projects,
• Familiarity with AI-based digital optimization tools; integration experience is a plus.
