We are looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist with strong experience in lifecycle marketing and marketing automation to help us deliver data-driven and personalized customer experiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across multiple channels while leveraging customer data to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, analytics, and IT teams to manage the end-to-end CRM campaign lifecycle and continuously improve campaign performance through testing, segmentation, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.).
- Translate business and marketing objectives into effective CRM campaign strategies.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle including segmentation, targeting, testing, launch, and optimization.
- Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized customer journeys.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, analytics, and IT to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, personalization, and CRM processes.
- Contribute to customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Manage multiple CRM campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM Campaign Management
- Proven end-to-end campaign management experience including campaign needs analysis, strategy development, and implementation
- Experience planning and executing CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app messaging, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and campaign management tools
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
- Experience working in data-driven and fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience creating campaign performance reports and dashboards
- Strong communication skills including the ability to craft compelling campaign messaging
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and engagement strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, analytics, IT)
