Live Support Specialist-Turkish Speaker
Job Description:
We are looking for new team members to join our Live Support Team!
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support,
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish,
- Preferably experienced in sales and customer relationship management,
- Strong focus on solving customer issues, with knowledge of pre- and post-sales processes,
- Suitable for remote (home office) work,
- Owns a computer and has a fast internet connection,
- Able to work in shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) within our 24/7 live support line,
- Minimum high school graduate (for male candidates, military service must be completed),
- Excellent written communication and persuasion skills,
- Motivated to build a career in customer support and eager to grow,
- Open to learning and continuous development,
- Dynamic, determined, and enjoys communication,
- Strong work discipline,
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
