Job Description:

We are looking for new team members to join our Live Support Team!

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support,
  • Native-level proficiency in Turkish,
  • Preferably experienced in sales and customer relationship management,
  • Strong focus on solving customer issues, with knowledge of pre- and post-sales processes,
  • Suitable for remote (home office) work,
  • Owns a computer and has a fast internet connection,
  • Able to work in shifts (8 hours per day, 5 days a week) within our 24/7 live support line,
  • Minimum high school graduate (for male candidates, military service must be completed),
  • Excellent written communication and persuasion skills,
  • Motivated to build a career in customer support and eager to grow,
  • Open to learning and continuous development,
  • Dynamic, determined, and enjoys communication,
  • Strong work discipline,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
