Job Title: (Senior) System Operations Engineer - (Senior) SysOps Engineer

Location: Remote

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain Microsoft-based IT infrastructure including Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Azure, and Windows 365 Cloud PC environments
• Design, implement, and maintain device configuration and compliance policies using Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows-based operating systems and associated user access and identity solutions
• Monitor and maintain system health, applying patches and updates proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and security-related initiatives
• Proactively identify potential issues, inefficiencies, or vulnerabilities and suggest improvements
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, policies, and troubleshooting procedures
• Ensure secure and scalable access management, MFA configurations, Conditional Access policies, and device trust management
• Create, manage, and optimize Microsoft and Google Workspace policy configurations, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) operations, ensuring optimal performance and user experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role, with focus on Microsoft cloud services,
• Familiarity with VDI and cloud-based endpoint management,
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks,
• Experience with patch management, remote support, and system health monitoring,
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills,
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment,
• Understanding of cloud security principles, endpoint protection, and identity governance,
• Experience writing and managing Group Policies (GPO) and Intune Configuration Profiles,
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Intune, Azure, and Windows 365.

Preferred:

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, AZ-104, SC-300, etc.),
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Logic Apps),
• Effective written and verbal communication in English,
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and IT process improvement,
• Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and policy configuration.
