We are looking for new team members to join our Call Center Team!
Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience (preferably with a background in sales and customer relationship management),
- Making outbound calls to customer lists provided by managers to conduct product sales,
- Following up on customer satisfaction after sales,
- Building and managing a portfolio by maintaining ongoing communication with existing customers,
- Meeting daily call and reach targets,
- Performance-based commission system on sales (profit).
Qualifications
- Suitable for remote (home office) work,
- Owns a computer and has a fast internet connection,
- Minimum bachelors degree (for male candidates, military service must be completed),
- Able to work between 10:30 18:30 (5 days a week),
- Basic computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office,
- Strong phone communication skills with clear diction and pleasant tone of voice,
- Excellent persuasion and communication abilities,
- Motivated to build a career in customer relationship management and eager to advance,
- Open to learning and continuous improvement,
- Dynamic, determined, and enjoys communication,
- Strong work discipline, proficient in MS Office programs,
- Team player with high motivation,
- Customer-oriented with a focus on satisfaction.
