Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Specialist who will take an active role in our growing marketing, CRM, and data analytics processes. This role requires a performance-driven mindset, strong technical capabilities, and the ability to make data-informed decisions.

This is not just a campaign management role. You will take on a strategic position where you analyze user behavior, optimize conversion processes, support CRM campaigns with data insights, and ensure strong coordination between Software, Marketing, and CRM teams.

Candidates with experience in high-traffic environments, who understand acquisition–retention–reactivation funnels end-to-end and evaluate performance based on business impact (not just dashboard metrics), will be prioritized.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Analytics, or related fields
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Strong understanding of acquisition, retention, reactivation, and conversion-focused performance management
  • Hands-on experience in funnel analysis, user behavior analysis, and conversion optimization
  • Working knowledge of SQL (preferably MySQL), including data extraction, segmentation, and basic analysis from cloud databases
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams
  • Experience working with cloud databases (AWS, Google BigQuery, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and debugging tracking setups
Responsibilities
  • Analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance via Google Analytics
  • Work closely with the CRM team to track segment-based campaign performance and support retention and reactivation efforts with data insights
  • Collaborate with the Software team to manage event tracking, attribution setup, conversion tracking, and data validation processes
  • Conduct funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and develop optimization strategies
  • Support A/B testing processes, analyze results, and propose actionable improvements
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality standards in reporting processes
